As Senior Projects Procurement lead your duties will include:

  • Leadership: Ensure all project sourcing is undertaken in line with the overall strategy and organisational goals.
  • Build your own team: aim to have 5 top-class recruitment buyers under your management next year.
  • Drive innovation: Support growth opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Negotiations and cost savings.
  • Client Engagement: Understand your clients' needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations in construction procurement.

As Senior Projects Procurement lead you'll have extensive experience in:

  • Large and intricate projects: A track record of success in delivering projects within the construction procurement space.
  • Procurement: A passion for procurement and supply chain management within the built environment sector.
  • Strong Leadership: The ability to inspire and motivate your own team.
  • Relevant Qualifications: MCIPS or on the way to attaining.

Other Factors Relevant to the Job:

  • Flexibility to travel to client sites and offices as required.
