We're seeking individuals who are passionate about enhancing the quality of care for our residents across London and the Southeast. As a leader in the team, you'll supervise and provide guidance to the Associate Behaviour Support Practitioners while supporting over 13 care homes. You'll conduct behaviour assessments, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote positive outcomes.

As part of the team, you'll:
  • Collaborate with the Therapeutic Team to implement holistic interventions.
  • Manage incidents of challenging behaviour effectively, promoting a trauma-informed approach.
  • Monitor and review incidents, providing recommendations for care planning.
  • Provide post-incident support to staff when needed.
  • Stay updated with developments in Behaviour Support.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • Qualifications as an RNLD, Clinical Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Behavioural Therapist.
  • Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., NMC, HCPC).
  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting, demonstrating a commitment to clinical quality.
