Temp Purchasing Administrator

Our client a leading supplier of tools and equipment are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Temporary Purchasing Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Temporary role for approximately 3 months Pay rate €14 per hour.
Blackpool Cork City As the Temporary Purchasing Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the purchasing department in the day-to-day operations.
Track supplier deliveries and communicate any delays or discrepancies to the relevant teams.
*Maintain and update purchasing records, including purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.
*Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure the timely receipt of goods and resolve any invoicing or quality issues.
*Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers for replenishment when necessary.
*Provide support to the purchasing team with ad hoc administrative tasks, such as maintaining supplier databases and generating reports.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
Proven experience as a Purchasing Administrator or in a similar role.
*Proficient in using purchasing software and MS Office applications.
*Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and inventory control is preferred.
