Our client, a prominent Groundworks Contractor specializing in Commercial groundworks projects, is seeking experienced and skilled Machine Operators to join their team for an exciting 6-month project based in Tewkesbury. Key Responsibilities: As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating various machinery to carry out essential groundworks tasks, including but not limited to:
- Drainage: Installation and maintenance of drainage systems.
- Foundations: Excavation and preparation for building foundations.
- Utilities: Handling utility-related groundwork tasks.
- Slabbing: Installation of concrete slabs for various applications.
- Curbing and Edging: Precision work for curbs and edging around construction sites.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in the groundworks sector.
- Competency in operating a range of machinery relevant to groundworks projects.
- Ability to interpret project plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
