Our client are world leaders who specialise in the production offresh food products for domestic supermarket chains. They are lookingfor a commercial IP Lawyer who is fluent in Spanish, to join the teamin London in a hybrid working role.
This is an excellentopportunity to join one of the world's pioneers in the agribusiness aspart of a small, collegiate team, who are committed to ensuring thatthe future of food production is sustainable and ecologically viablefor the changing needs of consumers globally.
As Commercial IPLegal Counsel, you will be expected to manage and oversee Patents andTrademark registrations, contract management, as well as assistingwith M&A due diligence. You must have at least 2 years of commercialIP experience, with a mixture of in-house and law firm experience asan England & Wales qualified Lawyer. It is essential that applicantsare fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
