This Biotech and Pharmaceutical start-up are working on the latest advancements across AI/ML to transform the future of drug-discovery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced AI algorithms, with a focus on cutting-edge AI/ML techniques
  • Define and deliver the AI/ML strategy and roadmap for the organisation, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and future industry trends
  • Discover and develop opportunities with colleagues to turn business needs into well-defined AI/ML problems
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and research to keep the company on the cutting edge of AI technologies.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI research and technology
  • Communicate complex AI/ML concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and SQL
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale commercial machine learning products
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
