Responsibilities The position of Senior Consultant is a key client facing. Functional analysis - analysing business processes, documenting customer requirements and designing functional and technical solutions
Technical analysis of Dynamics 365 including configuration, customisation and development of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Lead client engagements, provide subject matter expertise on Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions, including technical design
Oversee aspects of a project or manage small / medium sized projects
Define work of others and monitor its quality
Help advance the team by coaching other team members
Help identify, pursue and close business development opportunities, whilst continually contributing to existing project success
The candidate will have a proven track record as a Senior Consultant with knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features.
Able to lead client-facing work including workshops, presentations, end user training and meetings
~ A good working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, and underlying data structures
~ Strong planning and organisational skills
~ Requirement to travel to client sites and spend the occasional night away from home (some ad hoc international travel may be required)
Candidate will hold a United Kingdom driving licence
