Apleona Workspace division are specialists in workplace strategy, interior design, business relocation, office fit out and refurbishment. We operate throughout the UK, working for a diverse range of clients within the commercial office market. We design and build inspirational workspaces. We also deliver office moves and relocation services to our varied client base.
As a Senior Project Manager within Apleona Projects and Design, you will work collaboratively within our team to support the planning and delivery of varied range of projects for office fit outs and refurbishments.
As the Senior Project Manager , you will lead and manage all activities in relation to the management of allocated projects and assist the wider team in developing new business opportunities. This critical, client-facing role encompasses the delivery of key business objectives, financial management and control, and the hands-on daily operational management of existing and new fit out and refurbishment contracts.
Recognised qualification in project management and/or a building-related discipline.
Extensive experience of managing interior fit out and refurbishment projects.
Experience in front line customer management.
Experience and ability to effectively manage key accounts and deliver business targets.
Ability to present effectively to client senior management teams and operation contract staff.
To have a working knowledge of project management systems and methodology, and have the ability to implement these throughout the delivery process.
To be able to control and manage a project from engagement through to successful completion with subcontractors, clients and internal teams.
To have a detailed knowledge of interior finishes, construction techniques, interior fit out solutions and regulatory standards.
You may ideally already have project management experience gained in a similar role, within a fast-paced, client-led environment.
5 hours per week with some flexibility required, with access to Apleona employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start including a monthly car allowance.
