Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Program Manager for Cloud Migration to oversee the migration of SAP and non-SAP systems to the Azure cloud environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of migration projects, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of SAP and non-SAP system migration to Azure cloud.
- Collaborate with vendors including SAP, Vnomics, system integrators, and clients to align on project plans and timelines.
- Manage project activities such as testing, cutover, and post-migration support.
- Conduct regular project/program management activities to ensure schedule adherence, effective communication, risk management, and reporting.
- Coordinate offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Facilitate cutover activities during go-live weekends, including preparation, tracking, and communication.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of SAP Basis and cloud technologies to engage in meaningful discussions with clients independently.
- Lead large-scale SAP cloud migration programs involving 50+ SAP systems and data migration exceeding 5TB, as well as mid/small size migration projects.
- Familiarity with SAP cloud migration methodologies and techniques such as HSR, import/export, etc.
- Prepare and deliver various reports including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly status reports, as well as steerco reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management, with a focus on SAP cloud migration projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SAP cloud migration programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
