HR Implementation Consultant
Ciphr has a new opportunity for an Implementation Consultant. As we are a HR software company, this role would be great if you have a background in HR and fancy kick starting your career in implementation.

This role will be focusing on the LMS product, but the plan is to upskill in HR and cover resources. Your role will be providing customers with expert guidance and support to implement and configure Ciphr products to meet their individual requirements. You’ll deliver high levels of service to ensure a successful implementation and long-lasting relationship whilst adhering to project and implementation governance.

Flexibility is key so this role can be based anywhere within the UK if you are happy to attend ad hoc meetings. We also have an office in Reading, Berkshire that all Ciphr employees are welcome to utilise.

The role is remote within the UK but will require occasional travel for meetings and customer visits.

The daily tasks of an Implementation Consultant:
Consult and advise on system configuration and best use of Ciphr products and processes to ensure system optimisation.
Produce implementation specifications and reports.
Collaboratively work and support internal teams to ensure implementations are delivered on time and on budget.
HR experience
Software implementation exposure
Evidence of ability to work across multiple projects, with high levels of complexity, based a range of customer requirements
