As a Payments Specialist at Equals Group you will be working as part of a dedicated team to help support the international payment services that we provide to our customers. Reconciliation of client monies received from partner banks
· Efficient allocation of incoming funds to different client accounts and execution of outgoing payments
· Handling shortfalls, overpayments and unallocated funds, in line with policy requirements
· Conducting root cause analysis and providing ongoing recommendations / solutions to improve processes and efficiencies
· Undertaking any other reasonable duties / projects which may be required from time to time
Attention to detail and an understanding of risk
Knowledge and practical experience of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Excellent telephone manner
Previous relevant experience in a payments role / financial services environment
