Head Waiter/Waitress - New Mediterranean Restaurant
17 - £18 per hour
for a Head Waiter at our client's new Mediterranean restaurant focusing on the exquisite french Riviera. Located in an amazing Luxury 5 Star Hotel, this role presents opportunities to continue your career in the upscale, and high end restaurant scene, while presenting new challenges in a site that is still in it's first few months of opening.

Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
