We have a unique opportunity for a Site Supervisor working with an established contractor in Reading.

The Project is valued around 3-4M and is a full Fit Out project over 2 floors 30,000 sq ft work area. You will be responsible for helping manage the site whilst reporting into an SM and PM daily, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Site Supervisor must have:

  • Have CAT A and B Fit Out experience
  • Procore Experience
  • Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
  • Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
  • Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
  • Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
  • Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
  • SMSTS, First Aid, PASMA, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
