About the Role

As Customer Support Administrator you will…

  • Assist with the processing of customer orders and amendments when required
  • Contact customers confirming amendments and proactively manage order schedules
  • Assist the Customer Service Team with a variety of tasks required to ensure a consistent high level of service is provided
  • Run and distribute various reports
  • Cleanse the order book on a regular basis
  • Provide telephone cover in busy periods

Hours of Work: 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

About You

  • Previous experience working in Customer Services / as an Administrator
  • Experience of working in a busy sales office and delivering first class customer service
  • Proficient in MS Packages (Word, Outlook, Excel etc)
