Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and personable Personal Shopper to join our team. This role focuses on converting sales through direct communication channels, including DMs and WhatsApp, and providing tailored consultations in the office to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Conversion: Proactively engage with customers via social media DMs and WhatsApp, responding promptly to inquiries and converting them into sales.
- Consultations: Conduct personalised style consultations in the office, helping clients choose the perfect products for their needs and preferences.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable.
- Revenue Growth: Use your expertise to recommend products, upsell, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Khanum's product lines to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Order Coordination: Assist in processing orders, confirming details, and liaising with the operations team to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on new arrivals, promotions, and personalised recommendations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, retail, or personal shopping.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Instagram) and WhatsApp for business purposes.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organised, with excellent time management skills.
- Passion for fashion and styling.
- Understanding and knowledge of Khanum’s aesthetic and branding
- Reporting and strategy building skills.
