Within our Corporate Parenting service we are seeking a reflective, proactive, and resilient Senior Practitioner who applies a holistic perspective and strives for ambitious goals for our children. A successful candidate will do their best work by communicating effectively and efficiently to influence and lead on tailoring support for the most vulnerable children in our society, supporting and leading the team to generate and try out innovative ideas, learn from past practice, mentor and support ASYE’s and colleagues and really care deeply about the work they do.

Our purpose as a Corporate Parent is to focus on achieving permanency, long term stability for children and successful transitions into adulthood for our young people. Our approach focuses on Attachment Theory, trauma informed and resolution focused whilst being proactive and not reactive.
