The Client

We are working with a globally recognised integrated advertising agency who pride themselves on delivering exceptional creative solutions that impact a wide range of media channels, from print and OOH to digital and social. Their mission is to inspire and engage audiences, and we're looking for a talented Mid-Weight Designer to join their creative team.

Overview

As a Mid-Weight Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and effective designs for a variety of media channels. You'll work closely with our client’s creative team to develop and execute innovative campaigns that leave a lasting impression. Your focus will span across print, OOH, digital, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and design compelling campaigns for our clients.
  • Create visually appealing designs for print materials, including brochures, posters, and advertisements.
  • Develop eye-catching digital assets, such as web banners, social media graphics, and email templates.
  • Design impactful OOH advertisements that resonate with our target audience.
  • Adapt and optimise designs for various platforms and screen sizes while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design concepts.
  • Work with the project management team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design assets.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional design experience in an advertising agency
  • Experience working with national and/or global brands
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different media channels.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing (a plus but not required).
