We are seeking a driven Compliance Assistant. They will play a pivotal supportive role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Reporting to the Compliance Manager and collaborating with other teams you will be instrumental in ensuring regulatory standards.
This role is an entry level position and full training will be provided for the role.
Supporting the Compliance team with the Compliance Monitoring Program
Collaborating with various teams across the organisation to gather information and documentation necessary for compliance efforts.
Supporting the Compliance team with other ad hoc tasks and projects as they arise.
Assisting with performing testing on 1st Line of Defence functions.
Escalation of high risk factors, drafting referrals and obtaining senior management approval in line with the firm's escalation process.
Eager to learn by supporting a global compliance team.
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or compliance or a related field.
