Process Management Specialist
Leicester or Bexhill office (on a hybrid basis)

Liaising and collaborating with other teams and business areas for process management reviews, coordinating review meetings as necessary
Undertaking process control reviews, testing control effectiveness and evidence and supporting action plans for control strengthening requirements within the business
Supporting with process improvement initiatives across the function, working with our Process Improvement Leads to capture requirements, data and solutions and delivering revised process documentation
Operational process experience - ideally gained from within insurance, financial services or utilities/energy
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage with leaders at all levels
