We are working with a Global Consultancy that are helping some of the largest international firms realise operational excellence and tangible benefits in the latest technological breakthroughs.

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Program Lead to drive Oracle ERP programs for key clients. This role involves sales, delivery, and management of large-scale transformation initiatives while building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include:

  • Sales & Business Development: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape and sell Oracle ERP solutions that address their most pressing business challenges.
  • Program Leadership: Oversee the delivery of Oracle ERP solutions, managing programs or workstreams within complex transformation projects.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client engagements, ensuring the delivery of additional high-value services.
  • Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals that highlight our value proposition, differentiators, and key win themes.
  • Trusted Advisory: Provide expert guidance on Oracle Applications, tailored to industry-specific needs.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor consultants and foster professional growth within direct, indirect, and matrixed team structures.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture trusted relationships across client organizations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Commercial Expertise: Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Delivery Leadership: Extensive program management and delivery experience, with a proven ability to manage large, complex projects.
  • Oracle Applications Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP systems, with the ability to align functional solutions to business objectives.
  • Client Engagement Skills: An ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
  • Industry Thought Leadership: Experience contributing to forums, conferences, or publications.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: An inspiring leadership style with a collaborative approach, able to motivate teams and clients alike.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong presentation skills with an ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Passion for Innovation: A track record of embracing and driving disruptive ideas and transformational projects.
