As an Application Support Engineer in PCCW Global, you will be required to:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Possess specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
  • Provide technical support of application usage to users within the organization
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
  • Handle procurement process to acquire new software or renew existing subscription
  • Liaise with vendor for system maintenance arrangement

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Experience in application support
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management
  • Experience in application vendor management
  • Ability to explain system concept to users with limited IT and system knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-Motivated and a good team player
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology is a plus
  • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
