GCU (UK) Ltd is currently seeking a Civils Supervisor - Utilities to bolster our team based out of Inverness, nestled within the breath-taking Highlands and Islands of Scotland, spanning from Mull to Inverness to Shetland. As a Supervisor, you'll oversee civil infrastructure projects, including the construction of fibre networks, blending office duties with on-site management of civils gangs to ensure seamless project execution.

Accommodation is available for candidates from other UK regions.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversight of all civil engineering activities

- Ensuring adequate resources for the project

- Monitoring and enforcing Health & Safety and Quality standards

- Managing in-house and subcontracted teams

- Maintaining accurate production records

To excel in this role, you'll need a minimum of 2 years' experience, NRSWA accreditation/CSCS Supervisors card, and strong organizational and people management skills. Upholding company KPIs is essential.
