Asset Care Engineering Technician
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Maintenance Asset Care Technician within the Engineering Department at Muller Severnside.
The Role of the Asset Care Technician will be based in the Utilities Plant areas to carry out operational and maintenance tasks in house including lubrication, visual inspection, condition based monitoring, valve maintenance andworkshop & plant-based activities
Contract: Full Time
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - 2 days / 2 nights (7 -7)
Severnside Dairy - Stroud
To ensure effective handover of information across shift
Weekly & daily checks including but not limited to waste water, steam & combustion and refrigeration/cooling equipment
Utilise CMMS historical data for improvement initiatives
To use CMMS historical data for fault trending and quick resolution for fault finding
Support the Site roadmaps for Quality / H S / EMS / Engineering / Autonomous maintenance.
Support improvement activities / events within facilities and engineering owned areas
Aware of how current performance impacts the bottom line
Waste water plant operation/maintenance experience desired
Knowledge of utilities plant such as cooling towers, refrigeration systems etc considered
Electrical or mechanical experience
Asset care experience is beneficial
