The Technical Content Author Opportunity: As Technical Content Author, you will support the authoring of online employee relations content for both new and existing clients. Where you’ll add value:

  • Working with the Lead Content Author in liaising with new/existing clients to create/transform their existing HR policies into online step by step content and documentation
  • Attending meetings with the client and process workshops in line with the project plan in order to support the wider implementation team
  • Being a key point of contact with the client during project implementation and managing relationships with key external stakeholders
  • Helping formulate, and then work to, the agreed style guides to produce the content
  • Working across the AdviserPlus technology applications depending on the type of implementation
  • Working to agreed deadlines as part of the wider implementation process
  • Keeping abreast of changes in employment law and case law to support the production and edit of default content for our channel partners
About you:
  • HR/ER/employment law knowledge
  • Articulate, confident communicator who possesses a high level of oral and written English
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work at pace on multiple projects
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
