We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Account Manager to drive business growth and ensure customer success in the East Anglia region . The ideal candidate will understand the unique needs of both new and existing customers, fostering relationships that enhance their experience and satisfaction with our products. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and regular customer engagement to address and resolve any challenges, ensuring optimal use of our technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders involved in customer success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, gaining deep insights into their needs and how our products can meet those needs.
- Conduct regular customer visits to identify growth opportunities and enhance customer engagement with our platform.
- Manage comprehensive reporting on the health of customer accounts, providing actionable insights to internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, within the pharma, biotech, and/or academic sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful client-facing roles.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microplate readers or similar high-throughput screening technologies.
- Familiarity with oncology research, toxicity checks, or related fields.
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations for account growth.
