About the Role As Principal Designer, you will lead on compliance with Building Regulations across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring design safety, regulatory adherence, and coordination between design teams and contractors. Your expertise will be central to delivering high-quality, regulation-compliant architecture. Key Responsibilities Act as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 regulations. Advise on and ensure compliance with Building Regulations throughout project lifecycles. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to integrate safety and regulatory standards. Business development and work winning Contribute to strategic planning and quality assurance processes. Your profile? Proven experience in a Principal Designer or Building Control Surveyor role. In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and CDM 2015. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely. Professional qualifications in architecture, engineering, or construction-related fields. Key benefits?
