Site Manager - CAT A - Newcastle Upon Tyne

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for commercial construction projects? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and have a keen eye for detail? We are currently seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee commercial projects in Newcastle, and we want you to be a part of our team

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects in Newcastle, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

* Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations and procedures.

* Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and address any issues promptly.

* Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.

* Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential.

* Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in commercial construction projects.

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.

* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
