The individual will be part of the Workplace Leadership Team, will be Cambridge office based, and will provide significant on-site leadership support across the region

Ensure accurate insight and data analysis of current space and desk allocation, together with demand forecast, to manage or mitigate risk and opportunities within the region
- Build business partner engagement with senior business leaders to understand and align on business strategy, challenges, and opportunities
- Take an integral and active role with the Cambridge site to understand issues, challenges, and opportunities to help lead and manage service delivery and maintain high engagement
Experience leading a regional office portfolio and team owning workplace operating and delivery models, budget management, data driven decisions, defining and delivering project management frameworks
- Lateral-mindedness, judgement and flexibility to build community with sensitivity
- Willingness to be agile, to challenge the norm, remove inefficiency, and push boundaries
- Experience working within a fast-paced technology orientated business
- Delivery of major campus and office development and fit out projects including space planning and design, procurement, project management and moves

We are a friendly team based in Cambridge, Arm's global headquarters and one of our largest and most dynamic offices. The outstanding facilities in Cambridge include an on site gym with a wide variety of equipment and classes, and several fantastic places to eat, relax, rewind and refresh. Commuting to the office is supported by shuttle bus services to Cambridge station, plenty of cycle parking with end-of-trip showers, and parking, including EV chargers.
