Associate Director - Lending Innovation
HOURS: Full Time
Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of our time at our London office.

We're currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Corporate Lending Innovation team as an Associate Director. You'll manage the development and implementation of initiatives that will shape the future of the industry. Independently and proactively conduct research across coverage, lending product, portfolio management, balance sheet management, and lending operations to understand challenges and opportunities impacting CIB competitiveness in loan markets.
Actively collaborate with partners across the group to advance the above objectives and push forward the innovation agenda.
Proven experience in using data synthesis and analysis to support prioritisation.
Ability to “connect the dots” between change initiatives and how these impact the bank’s bottom line e.g. increased profits, reduced RWAs.
