About The Role

We are seeking talented individuals who are passionate about delivering the very best experience to young people. We are currently looking for a Business & Law Lecturer to join us on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in teaching Business and Law or someone who is enthusiastic about the subject and is keen to learn. The successful candidate will engage and participate in advising and assessing students, preparing course material that accommodates the learning strategy of the college and participating in training and meetings where required. Experience in delivery of team work and leadership, aspects of HR, Event Management, and International Business would be very much valued.

You will work closely with colleagues and students to ensure success for both college and students. You will work towards successful outcomes for students and provide a positive overall experience at the college.

An academic background in Business and Law is preferred along with a recognised teaching qualification, (L5 or above). We will also consider someone who is willing to work towards obtaining this qualification. Experience of teaching Business BTEC level 2 and 3 and / or A Level Law and a willingness to teach on both programmes would be advantageous.

The role is for a full time lecturer however a part time option or job share would be considered.
