Finance Business Partner being hired for a global Pharma company
Up to £60,000 + Bonus and Benefits

3 days a week in the office

I am hiring a Finance Business Partner for a global pharma company business based in Berkshire. You will be responsible for the business partnering of a fundamental and specific business unit. .as well as providing timely and precise finance information to support the G&A functions to drive decision-making. The role will collaborate closely with the Commercial Controlling team, Finance Business Partners, and Heads of Department within the Affiliate Leadership Team

Qualified or Part-qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
The ability to present financial information to key stakeholders
Experience working with a complex and large business


Ownership of the Forecasting and Budgeting process and preparing this information for review by senior stakeholders
Managing the monthly accrual of customer rebates, working closely with FP&A to ensure accurate net sales reporting
Working with a wide variety of stakeholders outside of finance to strategically plan new business decisions
Facilities, General Manager, IT and Finance cost centres), providing Finance Business Partner support to Division Heads
Drive continuous improvement with the finance team. A wide range of ad hoc projects
