Position Overview:

As a Corporate Lawyer based in London, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters and transactions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading professionals in the field and gain valuable experience in corporate law.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and support on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.

- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.

- Conduct due diligence investigations and assess legal risks associated with corporate transactions.

- Advise clients on corporate governance matters, compliance issues, and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and implement effective legal strategies.

Qualifications:

- Qualified Solicitor with 1-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law.

- Strong academic background with a law degree from a reputable university.

- Sound knowledge of corporate law principles, regulations, and industry practices.

- Proven track record of successfully handling corporate transactions and providing strategic legal advice.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
