. Our company is currently expanding internationally and our team in Telford, UK is now hiring a new Internal Sales Associate.
Since we are still in the early stages of our growth, you will have the opportunity to have a huge impact on how we build our sales team. Currently we do not engage in outreach sales or cold calling. We thrive to create good customer relations, or as we say in Norwegian a kjle god customer experience. We will offer full training in our product, but previous experience of working with farmers would be a great advantage.
Follow up sales inquiries through phone and webform.
Host online meetings with potential and existing customers.
Manage your own CRM workspace.
Sales analysis.
In the current phase of growing our team we will need someone who is adaptable and willing to contribute to non-sales related tasks like;
Contribution to projects across the organization.
Experience working in sales.
Excellent English oral and writing skills.

So far, our clients have used Nofence in a range of creative ways, including regenerative cattle farming, conservation grazing with goats, regenerative grazing with sheep, and even government work Yet we have only just scratched the surface, and already have 250 million hours of operation on animals with recorded behaviour data to explore.

The UK team is currently a small but efficient team of 5 people from sales and customer success. Our office is currently placed at AgriEpi Center in Edgmond, Newport, where we all work together from the office.
