Now approaching our 25th anniversary, Charlie Bighams is the number one brand in the chilled prepared meal category. With over 50 recipes available in major supermarkets, ourdistinctive wooden trays and illustrated packaging make us instantly recognisable on-shelf.
We now employ over 650 people across two thriving kitchens in London and Somerset. And our award-winning company is still expanding, which is why we are searching for like-minded individuals who share our passion for the extraordinary, to help us deliver our food philosophy -Only Delicious Will Do.
Youll receive a 360 Charlie Bighams induction, to understand how every department contributes to the business, plus a competitive salary.
Our London Kitchen is in an easily accessible location (just 15 minutes on the underground from Central London) with modern on-site facilities, and season ticket loans and a cycle-to-work scheme available to commuters.

Given our passion for food, it shouldnt come as a surprise that we have a fantastic team cafeteria, serving fresh subsidised meals daily. We also organise team outings, sporting tournaments and take part in community and charity events in London.
This is an opportunity to join our amazing Commercial Team and be on the forefront of our business as you will be responsible forthe development of enduring relationships with Bighams grocery retail customers, leveraging these relationships in order to deliver profitable business in line with the commercial strategy.
The Commercial Executive will be working closelywith Bighams marketing and food team develop and deliver market beating customer growth plans through collaboration with customers.
Therefore, we are looking for an eager early career professional who has the following:

~ 0 - 2 years experience in a similar position or in a account management or business development type positions
~ High level of computer literacy especially in Excel and PowerPoint
~ Solid understanding of FMCG and retail - highly desired.
