Manage your area to achieve area sales targets through their interactions with customers and product knowledge
Work with colleagues in the sales and branch team to contribute to sales plans
Support company sales campaigns and initiatives to increase sales
Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales against targets
Maintain awareness of market trends in the industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what competitors are doing
Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
Good understanding of ABI portal with a view to follow up potential upcoming projects

Works with credit control to resolve disputes and help receive payments.
Technical knowledge on existing and new UP Building products
Respond promptly and professionally to all customer contact via phone, email and face to face
Help resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
Manage and respond to customer complaints and comments within 24 hours.

Experience of product sales and/or working in a target driven environment
Excellent organisation & planning skills
Full driving license
Monday to Friday
