Our asset management teams focus on business critical assets combined with a detailed overview of carbon footprint to deliver market leading solutions to ensure business continuity whilst helping on the decarbonisation journey.

THE ROLE

Carry out Electrical Services, Planned Maintenance (PPMs), Reactive works M&E repairs and able to carry out minor basic fabric repairs.

The Person

Demonstrate competence in all areas of your primary trade (with validcertification)

Delivery of serviceexcellence

Reasonable understanding and a proactive approach to the following other trade skills
