Senior Consultant – Social Housing Maintenance & Trades
A great opportunity has arisen for a Chargehand Cleaner (Commercial) to join a contractor based in Norwich on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate will be available within short notice and have cleaning and supervisory experience. You must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a company van.
Pay Rate:* £18.00p/h (umbrella rate)
* Possibly working occasional weekends You will be required to:
* To supervise and work alongside the cleaning team maintaining all areas to an agreed standard.
* Complete quality performance monitoring and act where performance has dropped.
* Supporting your line manager by assisting with day-to-day planning and allocation of the available employees, equipment, and materials.
* Report any cleaning difficulties to Management Team.
* Deliver toolbox talks ensuring there is a good understanding of these by all staff. Essential the candidate has:
* Previous supervisory experience in organising staff coverage across the service and return to work meetings and paperwork.
* Previous cleaning experience.
* Experience in the use of a wide range of cleaning equipment and materials.
A new opportunity has arisen to work for a Norwich based contractor for a Domestic Electrician on a temp to perm basis. The successful Domestic Electrician will be required to complete planned and reactive works within properties and communal areas in Norwich.
Pay Rate:* £22.00p/h (umbrella rate) Hours:
* 08:00am to 16:30pm Domestic Electrician Skills required:
*Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids and occupied
*Carry out electrical repairs EICRs and complete NICEIC Certificates
*Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
*Carry out works allocated by appointments Qualifications Required:
*City & Guilds and or/ equivalent e.g NVQ
*BS 7617: 18th Edition
*2391 or 2395 (Desirable, not essential)
*Basic DBS Check You will be supplied with:
* Company branded van
* Fuel card
* PDA

* Paving/slabbing works
* Installing bollards
* Brickwork
* Epoxy resin repairs
* Tiling
* Minor roofing works

* Rendering & tarmac repairs
