As IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our information technology projects. To be successful in the role, you will have a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of IT systems and infrastructure. You would love to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project budgets and resources, and ensure the timely completion of projects while meeting quality standards.
The role is also available in Sgonico (Italy) and we can't consider fully remote applicants.
Project Planning:
Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, considering available resources, constraints, and risks.
Identify project dependencies and critical paths, and effectively manage project changes.

Project Execution and Control:
Lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and ensuring effective collaboration.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and take corrective actions to mitigate risks and address issues.
Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to meet established targets and deadlines.
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, providing clear and concise reports and presentations.

Stakeholder Management:
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring alignment and clarity of project goals and expectations.
Conduct regular meetings, workshops, and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress and obtain necessary approvals.

Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
Proactively identify and manage project risks, developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Conduct thorough project assessments and post-implementation reviews, capturing lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members, helping them achieve their professional growth and development goals.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the project team.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Experience in risk management, quality assurance, and change management.
Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development life cycle.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Experience with the Atlassian software suite (Jira, Jira Service Desk and Confluence) is a plus.
Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments) are a plus.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects.
