We are currently recruiting for a Laravel Website Developer to join our client in a permanent, hybrid working position. You will work on enterprise clients, greenfield builds which have no technical debt.Youll need experience of managing complex API integrations, with some database and DevOps experience. These sites will have some complex ERDs and ETL Operations. This is a client facing role and confidence in running meetings will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy solutions for bespoke website builds and applications.

Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions for our clients.

Actively participate in client meetings, pitches, and sales calls

Assist in technical support for existing clients and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Identify opportunities for new services or improvements in existing offerings.

Monitor website performance and optimise for speed and scalability.

Assist in the mentoring of other junior developers in the team and conduct code reviews.

Assist in the responsibility for the quality of work output on the website team to help enable company growth to meet key targets.

Essential Skills:

PHP, Laravel & Vue.JS Experience

Experience managing API integrations

Confidence creating ER Diagrams

Experience with ETL Operations

MariaDB & MySQL Experience

Desirable Skills:

Experience with Xero

Experience with WordPress CMS

Project management experience

Understanding of WordPresss Gutenberg Editor

Sales or client management background

Understanding of SEO best practices

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD)
