Role
The role that you are applying for is as follows..- Working as part of a team you will need to learn how the business works and the expectations.- Learning how to stack and present pallets for our customer needs.- Learning how to become a 2nd operator on one of our machines which includes machine setting.- Learning how to become the machine operator which means you take full responsibility of your own machine working closely with a team of people to achieve the desired outputs.- Being competent in completing documentation to the required standard.- Able to follow the company's Standard operating procedures- Able to abide by company polices in place- Always respect the house keeping rules
Candidate
- Must be hard working- Flexible- Reliable- A good team player with an eye for detail- A good Communicator
Location
The role will be primarily based at our Yeovil site with the occasional need to work from one of our other 2 sites .
Schedule
- Monday to Friday Dayshift 06:00 to 16:00 (Required)- Monday to Friday Nightshift 16:00 to 02:00 (Required)
Shift availability
Needs to be flexible to work either shift to meet the business needs.
Language
English speaking ( Essential)
Experience
Machine operator learning for 1 year (Preferred but not essential)
Work authorisation
- United Kingdom (Required)- Gov share code ( provided for eligibility)
