To support with preparation of legal documents and manage client relationships; The Role: - To support with preparation and drafting of legal documents- To update and maintain accurate client information and manage client onboarding processes- To liaise with new and existing clients and maintain great working relationships- To assist with contract negotiation- To research and collate information for commercial agreements (including non-disclosure agreements)- To manage distribution of legal documents and ensure signatures are collected in a timely manner- To assist with identifying and qualifying legal risks in order to support the legal team- To support the managing director
The Candidate: - Fluent in Spanish to business standard (written and spoken) - Essential - Previous experience in an administrative role - Essential - Background within the legal sector would be an advantage- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality- Excellent communication skills and a team player- IT literate The salary: circa £26,000 per annum plus benefits
