We’re a boutique, independent commerce focused experience and technology company with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our family and shape the future of our brand.
As a specialist in B2B marketing you’ll take ownership of our digital marketing strategy to define, execute and deliver the cross channel campaigns that will ultimately drive pipeline growth.
This is the ideal role for a curious Digital marketing manager who wants the freedom to explore and push boundaries whilst backed by an exceptional in-house delivery team. As a senior role within a small team you’ll be working alongside a Digital Content Manager and Executive while collaborating with designers and developers from the wider team and third party specialists when needed.
You’ll bring confidence, curiosity and an insatiable appetite for success and in return we’ll give you the freedom, tools and budget you need to succeed in driving our brand forwards.

What you'll be doing:
- Working closely with the delivery team to plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns and content that achieve high level engagement and drive inbound leads.
- Nurturing a performance mindset, regularly reporting on performance through paid and organic channels.
- Employing a test and learn approach to explore opportunities across all digital channels.
About you
- A minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar digital marketing role.
- Have a track record in planning and executing B2B digital campaigns across multiple channels with the results to match.
- Recent working knowledge of most common digital and social channels, and SEO principles.
- Understanding of the principles behind lead generation and nurturing through SEO, landing page optimisation and Email/CRM
- Hands on experience with optimisation of Google, LinkedIn and Facebook ads.
- An energetic and curious individual who’ll think outside the box.
- Data driven with strong analytical capabilities when using tools such as Google Analytics and SEM Rush.
- A confident communicator; written and verbal.
