Deputy Director, Organisation Development, Leadership and Organisation Development (L&OD) (3 years renewable contract)

As a DD of the L&OD team, your day-to-day responsibilities would include managing and leading a group of L&OD officers in the following activities:

  • Engaging stakeholders at all levels to identify L&OD needs and priorities, lead and work with other L&OD officers to draw up the appropriate intervention strategy, plan and activities to meet them.
  • Lead in the design and development of L&OD initiatives and solutions, which also include producing related contents and materials.
  • Working with external partners, vendors and providers to develop broad-based and specialized L&OD solutions.
  • Conducting effectiveness diagnosis on organization, teams and individuals, as well as evaluation on the effectiveness of the L&OD solutions applied.
  • Planning budget required to carry out L&OD related activities at all levels in the organization, and working within budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Educating management and staff on L&OD intentions and plans, and engage them on a regular basis to obtain feedback and ideas for improvement.
  • Facilitating some of the L&OD activities and interventions yourself, subject matter expertise and practice experience permitting.
