School Business Manager
Are you a talented School Business Manager currently seeking a new opportunity in Peterborough?Aspire People are working closely with several schools who are recruiting Business Managers to work on a temporary, ongoing basis with the view of a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. The successful applicant will have strong experience working as a School Business Manager, or within a senior finance related position within education. The school is looking for somebody who has the drive and ambition to aid the school in achieving outstanding status.
As a full time, Business Manager, you will be expected to perform as if you were a permanent member of staff. You will be expected to ;
Attend Senior Management/Leadership Team, full Governing Body and appropriate Governors' sub-committee meetings.
Negotiate and influence strategic decision making within the school's Senior Management/Leadership Team
In the absence of the Head Teacher, take delegated responsibility for Financial and other decisions
Plan and manage change in accordance with the school development/strategic plan.
To lead and manage all school support staff
Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one for the role You will be supported by me, Sarah Grimes.
