As part of our continuous growth, we are currently seeking a Transaction Services Manager to join our esteemed team.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Transaction Services Manager to play a pivotal role in our corporate finance division. The ideal candidate will lead our Transaction Services team, providing strategic guidance and overseeing the execution of financial due diligence projects. Project Leadership: Lead and manage transaction services engagements, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of financial due diligence services to clients.
# Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of transaction services professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
# Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, evaluate business performance, identify potential risks, and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
# Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as legal, tax, and valuation teams, to ensure a holistic approach to client service.


Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Plus ACA/ ACCA qualification
# Proven experience (2+ years) in transaction services, due diligence, or a related field within the corporate finance sector.
# Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
# Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills, coupled with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for clients.
