The Recruitment Group is working with a market leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of filtration and fume extraction equipment. Our client has a global presence and delivers a world-class customer experience. With 30 years of experience in providing fume extraction solutions that are reliable, high quality, and with a low lifetime cost of ownership. Purpose of the Area Sales Engineer role:
The Area Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and maintaining strong connections with current clients. This role requires a proactive individual with the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

Main duties and responsibilities of the Area Sales Engineer role:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
After undergoing comprehensive training to gain in-depth knowledge of our processes and product offerings, you will be responsible for crafting tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers.
Together with your international colleagues, you will contribute to consistent and profitable sales growth.
Experience/knowledge requirements for the Area Sales Engineer role:
Previous relevant professional experience in a technical sales role, either internal or external.
Practical knowledge of MS Office, as well as experience with CRM systems is essential.
Willingness to travel for regular customer visits (North UK responsibility) including overnight stays, as well some yearly EMEA travel.
Full clean Driving license required
