Our retailer, with a reputation for excellence in providing diverse travel services, including luggage wrapping, luggage weighing, and selling a variety of branded travel accessories, is a place you can be proud to work for.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties to create an attractive and welcoming environment for our customers whilst going above and beyond to help passengers in the airport
This shift-based role will involve working weekends between 04:00 and 22:00 hours between Monday and Sunday on a permanent basis.
Retail Assistantswe are offering
Hours: 04:00 hrs TO 13:00 OR 13:00 - 22:00
Salary: £12.00 p/h
Shifts: Monday to Sunday
Training and development.
Weekly or monthly pay.
Day to day duties as a Retail Assistant will include:
Upselling the company products
Wrapping and packaging passenger's luggage.
Good customer service skills
Giving advice to customers on products.
Maintaining the shop floor
Operating a cash register and taking payments
Key Skills & Experience Required:
It is essential that you have experience in a retail environment where you have dealt with customers face to face.
An energetic and enthusiastic person who is approachable and feels comfortable speaking to different people daily
Be able to travel to Edinburgh Airport
The ability to lift bags weighing up to 32 kg.
Flexible and willing to work shifts between the hours of 04.00 and 22:00 pm.
You must have experience working as a sales advisor, sales agent, retail assistant, retail customer service assistant, or sales executive, or have experience in a customer-facing role
