Je functie
Je maakt deel uit van een team dat voortdurend werkt aan de verbetering van de dienstverlening aan klanten en makelaars.
Je bent ook het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor projecten om de activiteiten en het contractbeheerplatform te verbeteren.

Wat is jouw taak?
1. Bestaande processen verbeteren
• Samen met je collega's identificeer je punten die voor verbetering vatbaar zijn en doe je voorstellen om de efficiëntie van de bestaande processen te verbeteren.
• Je analyseert de impact op de bestaande systemen en je bevordert de gesprekken via workshops. Jouw doel: ervoor zorgen dat de teams een efficiënte en consistente werkmethode toepassen
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het testen van verbeteringen en het configureren van operationele flows in het casemanagementsysteem.

2. Projectbeheer
• Je beheert projecten voor continuous improvementvan A tot Z: je identificeert de behoeften, analyseert ze, je bereidt de verschillende actieplannen voor en je coördineert de uitvoering ervan.
• Je neemt deel aan en/of leidt transversale verbeteringsprojecten voor alle processen.
• Coördinatie is essentieel. Je overlegt regelmatig met de centrale verantwoordelijke Process & Project Officer om de prioriteiten op elkaar af te stemmen en je zorgt ervoor dat de processen, templates en werkorganisatie binnen de verschillende teams van het departement Operations Broker Life dezelfde zijn. We betrekken jou ook bij de coördinatie van het opstellen en uitvoeren van (bestaande of nieuwe) procedures.
• Je stimuleert de 'continuous improvement'-mentaliteit binnen de teams. Je stelt bestaande processen regelmatig in vraagen daagt de managers en teammanagers uit die op dat gebied actief zijn.
• In samenwerking met de teammanagers zorg je voor een uitstekend niveau van kwaliteit en efficiëntiein de Front Offices.

• Je hebt gevoel voor initiatief, je bent pragmatisch en dynamisch en je barst van de creativiteit.
• Je werkt altijd oplossingsgericht. Je conceptualiseert en verduidelijkt de impact van toekomstige verbeteringen op de operationele activiteiten
• Veranderen, verbeteren: twee werkwoorden die je motiveren. Je evalueert informatie constructief en kritisch. Je hebt oog voor detail, maar verliest het grotere plaatje nooit uit het oog.
• Je bent een echte communicatiespecialist , ook in het Frans. Je kan goed luisteren, maar je kan anderen ook overtuigen en enthousiast maken om mee te werken aan procesverbeteringen.
