JD&Co have partnering with a leader in industrial instrumentation and technology, who are looking for an experienced Product Director to lead a team of Product Managers, Marketing Managers, and Graphic Designers to new heights.
NOTE: This role requires experience of product marketing within a scientific / industrial instrumentation business.

Role Overview:
As the Product Portfolio Director, you will lead a talented team to create and promote out clients portfolio of best in class products. You will drive strategic initiatives to support key business decisions, develop successful product strategies and initiatives, and identify value-creation opportunities for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic development and financial performance of the product and services portfolio.
- Define product vision, strategy, and investment plan for innovative market-leading solutions.
- Provide hands-on leadership to global Product & Marketing teams.
- Understand market trends influencing customer purchasing decisions in target sectors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define customer solutions and ensure timely product launches.
- Manage global pricing strategy and implementation.
- Oversee product lifecycle management and metrics analysis.
- Assess competitive landscape and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop marketing strategy for new and existing markets.
- Lead global marketing team in creating engaging brand collateral.
- Manage resource schedules and project budgets.
- Contribute to shaping company’s overall business strategy.
Your experience:
- Background in scientific instrumentation, or equivalent experience.
- Deep expertise in NPD product management best practices.
- Track record of developing desirable products that drive customer demand.
- Commercially savvy with a knack for justifying new product initiatives.
- Inspirational leader adept at earning respect and buy-in from teams and peers.
- Skilled in building relationships across group companies, and suppliers.
- Adaptable and consultative approach to collaboration at all levels.
