Project Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for groundworks projects.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
* Evaluate project requirements, including materials, labor, equipment, and other resources, to determine project costs.
* Utilize industry-standard estimating software and tools to generate detailed cost breakdowns and proposals.
* Monitor and track project costs throughout the lifecycle of the project, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or variances.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
* Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, with a focus on groundworks projects.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
* Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
